We dined last night and had Lobster Rolls as our appetizer. I chose the coconut Shrimp with slaw as an Entree, and my hubby had the 1/2 portion of the Baby Back Ribs with Blackberry brandy BBQ sauce, a side of Yukon Mashed potatoes and slaw. We tried their seasonal selection of Apple/Pear Galette for dessert with a nice size scoop of Ice Cream on top and caramel sauce. Our waiter was very attentive and checked on us multiple times. It was dark with tables illuminated by little individual mini lamps. It was a mild night and doors to the patio outside were open with heaters for those dining al fresco.

I love coming to Tommy Bahamas to look around at the store then come up and eat. Their food is amazing, I personally think it is better than the ones in Hawaii. My favorites are the burger and the Kona Coffee steak. The service is great and pretty quick. The ambiance of the restaurant is beautiful they have outdoor and indoor dinning with tables and a bar. I definitely recommend coming to Tommy Bahamas in Palm Desert.

This restaurant was fantastic. From the ambiance to the service to the food, I enjoyed it all! My group had the coconut shrimp and asparagus fries as appetizers. I decided on the creole shrimp and crab pasta for my entree. All of the food was delicious, I don't think you can go wrong with anything here.

When at the Newport Coast or Orange County Tommy Bahama, our server was promoting "Gift Cards" @ $25 for $100 in $20 Cards. I purchased $200 in cards - He stated I could use 2-3 at a time. Plus they had to be used in October. Since I was going to be in Palm Desert from October 26th - No problem! However, I could only use one card for each entree! Because I was there by myself, I had 9 straight lunch/dinner meals at Tommy Bahama - Palm Desert. The server at my last dinner let me use 2 cards. With all of that said, every meal was very good but for the baby-back ribs. Very dry and tough. It's amazing how many restaurants can't measure up to the Outback for baby-back ribs!

This is Tommy Bahama restaurant serves up incredible seafood dishes beyond the other restaurants. Try the octopus tacos for appetizers or maybe scallop sliders as well. The restaurant is located at the northeast corner of an outside mall, with plenty of parking on the south side of the property. The second floor restaurant has a wonderful view of the mountains and is kept cool by misters on the outside. Service is fast, with no flaws in the order or quality of the food served, plus it was easy to use my twenty-five dollar discount by joining the club. This is a beautiful time to visit the desert or Palm Springs, which was about 95 dry degrees in the shade. It was so comfortable upstairs, it would probably be just as nice in the summertime!

Always enjoy this place as it seems to fit in to El Paseo and special even to the locals. They really don't care if you're a local here, we're all tourists of some sort. YELP SHORT ANSWER: YES, fun visit and the food and service is always great. ] LOCATION: For some hard to find, upstairs but you can plan a day here, lots to do with a Tommy Bahama store on level one. FACILITY: Buildout is pretty nice, aging a little but I am sure a very profitable location with a giant lease. MENU: A lot of great times, We've probably eaten here 20 times and never been disappointed. FOOD PREP: This place is simply well managed. For prep always look professional and inviting. FOOD QUALITY: The same, good flavors and a very WELL sorted offering. LIBATIONS: Have had a few visits to the bar here, it is fun, a little chaotic at times with a wide range of patrons. But it is fun and the drinks are well served and not over priced considering location. WAITSTAFF: Seem to be coached well, from getting your name in on busy times the greeting is somehow professional as the space is not great and stacks up. Table and Bar staff know their menu so ask away. I have never seem a grumpy staff member here. OVERALL VALUE: Excellent considering. TIP: If it is jammed up trying to get a seat, put your name in and go downstairs and shop.

Greeted when I came in Great selection of Tommy Bahama I did not check out the restaurant but expect it's good . I love the clear layout of the store and the people Just a nice Island Vibe So after a little shopping I can back and had lunch. They have a great menu and the food was excellent. We had a squash bowl with large shrimp. Coconut shrimp ahi tacos and scallop sliders make sure you ask for bread which is served with a spices butter.
